fa ضرورت اجرا و راه اندازی رجیستری دوقلوها در ایران مدیریت اطلاعات سلامت Health Information Management مقاله مروری تشریحی Narrative review articles <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong><span style="color:black;">مقدمه:</span></strong> در سه دهه گذشته توسعه رجیستری دوقلوها با هدف مطالعه خصوصیات منحصر به فرد ژنتیکی و امکان تفکیک میزان اثر منتسب به ژنوتایپ در سراسر دنیا با استقبال فراوانی روبه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>رو بوده است. این اطلاعات سازمان یافته می‌تواند دید جدیدی در رابطه با دلایل بروز بیماری‌ها و اختلالات روانی در اختیار محققین قرار دهد.<br> <strong><span style="color:black;">روش:</span></strong><span style="color:black;"> این مطالعه از نوع مروری تحلیلی است</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;">.</span></span> تمامی رجیستری‌های فعال دوقلوها در سرتاسر دنیا شناسایی شده و خصوصیات هریک توسط محققین مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. علاه بر این پایگاه داده‌های<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">PubMed</span></span><span dir="LTR">, </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Scopus</span></span><span dir="LTR">, </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Web of Science</span></span><span dir="LTR">, </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">ScienceDirect</span></span><span dir="LTR">, </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Google Scholar</span></span> با طراحی استراتژی جستجو مورد جستجو قرار گرفت که از میان مطالعات مرتبط، 69 مقاله مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش انتخاب شد.<br> &nbsp;<strong><span style="color:black;">نتایج</span>:</strong> حدود 30 رجیستری ملی ثبت شده با اهداف متفاوت تحقیقاتی در کشورهای مختلف براساس مطالعات منتشر شده به تفکیک کشور، هدف، نوع مطالعه، زمان تأسیس، روش‌های جمع‌آوری داده، نمونه‌های ثبت شده در بیوبانک، دستاوردها و خصوصیات منحصر به فرد تحلیل و بررسی شدند‌.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> با توجه به نتایج ارزشمند رجیستری‌های دوقلوها در دیگر کشورها، توان تولید بالای اسناد علمی و دستیابی به نتایج ارزشمند پژوهشی و از طرف دیگر وجود بیش از 1.300.000 دوقلوی در حال حیات در ایران<span dir="LTR">‌</span>، ایجاد رجیستری دوقلوهای ایرانی و ایجاد بیوبانک به صورت هدفمند می‌تواند منجر به ایجاد یکی از بزرگ‌ترین رجیستری‌های اطلاعات دوقلوها در جهان و منجر به تولید مقالات انبوه و پژوهش‌های ارزشمندی در رابطه با شناسایی عوامل بروز و درمان بیماری‌های مختلف و اختلالات روانی رفتاری شود. </span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> In the last three decades, national twins registries have been developed throughout the world with the aim of studying unique genetic characteristics and the possibility of determining the genotypic effects. This structured information can provide new vision in relation to the causes of diseases and psychological disorders.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> In this analytic review, all active twins registries around the world were identified and their properties were examined by researchers. Additionally, PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, Science Direct and Google Scholar databases were searched based on our search strategy. Finally, 69 articles related to the aim of study were selected.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Thirty founded national twins registries were analyzed in terms of the country, the goal and type of study, time of foundation, methods for information gathering, biobank samples, outcomes and unique characteristics.<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: Considering the valuable results of twins registries in other countries, high potential of production of scientific documents and obtaining valid results and on the other hand, and the presence of more than 1,300,000 existing twins in Iran, developing a national Iranian twins registry and creating a biobank could be lead to creating one of the biggest national twins registries in the world.
