fa بررسی نظرات دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان در مورد تأثیر فنآوری اطلاعات بر سلامت روان دانشجویان عمومى General مقاله کوتاه Short Communication <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> فن‌آوری اطلاعات و به کارگیری گسترده آن در ابعاد گوناگون زندگی از ضرورت‌های عصر حاضر بشمار می‌آید. گرچه فن‌آوری‌های اطلاعاتی به لحاظ دسترسی به اطلاعات گسترده، مزایای فراوانی دارد اما تهدیدهایی مختلفی برای ابعاد مختلف حیات بشر از جمله فرهنگ، زبان، سلامت روان و اخلاق به همراه داشته است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نظرات دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان در مورد تأثیرات فن‌آوری اطلاعات بر سلامت روان دانشجویان در سال 1393 انجام شده است.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>روش:</strong> در این مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی 125 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان شرکت کردند. داده‌ها با استفاده پرسشنامه‌ای که روایی و پایایی آن تأیید شده بود، گردآوری شد. تحلیل داده‌ها توسط نرم‌افزار SPSS.V16 صورت گرفت.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتایج:</strong> بیشترین استفاده دانشجویان از اینترنت و مهارت پسران در استفاده از اینترنت بیش از دختران بود. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که دانشجویان متأهل آقا بیش از دانشجویان متأهل خانم، وقتی که با شرایط عصبی رو به رو می‌شوند با استفاده از اینترنت کمی خود را آرام می‌کنند. میانگین نمره استفاده از اینترنت برای کاهش افسردگی و عصبی شدن، در دانشجویان متأهل آقا (2.33) بیشتر از دانشجویان متأهل خانم بود.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد دانشجویان به دلیل بازی‌های رایانه‌ای علائم فیزیکی از جمله خستگی، کمردرد، درد دست، مچ، گردن، شانه، پا و سفتی ماهیچه‌ها و ... داشتند. لذا پیشنهاد می‌شود که عوارض کار با اینترنت و رایانه از طریق رسانه‌های جمعی مانند تلویزیون به دانشجویان و خانواده‌هایشان آموزش داده شود.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><b>Introduction: </b>At present, the widespread use of information technology in various aspects of life is considered necessary. Although the benefits of information technology has brought widespread access to information, but have several threats to various aspects of human life, including culture, language, mental health, and morality. This study examined the impact of information technology on students&rsquo; mental health in Zahedan University of Medical Sciences (ZAUMS) in 2014.<br> <b>Method:</b> In this descriptive, cross-sectional study, 125 students of ZAUMS participated. Data were collected via questionnaire that its reliability and validity was confirmed, and data analysis was performed using SPSS.v16.<br> <b>Results: </b>The most students used the internet and internet skills were higher in boys than girls. The study also revealed that married men more than women, using the internet in neurological conditions for little to calm themselves. In the depression and nervousness conditions, married men students (Mean of 2.33) more than women students are using the internet.<br> <b>Conclusion:</b> The results showed that students had symptoms due to computer games ,such as fatigue, backache, pain in hand, fist, neck, shoulder and feet and muscle stiffness.
