fa مروری بر فرآیند رویکرد برنامه کاربرد معنی‌دار و چالش‌های آن در نقشه راه پرونده الکترونیک سلامت پرونده الکترونیک سلامت Electronic Medical Record (EMR) مقاله مروری سیستماتیک و متاآنالیز Systematic Review & Meta analysis <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> برنامه کاربرد معنی‌دار (<span dir="LTR">Meaningful Use</span>) اشاره بر این دارد که سازمان‌های متولی سلامت به صورت معنی‌دار از سیستم پرونده الکترونیک سلامت اعتبارسنجی شده، استفاده کنند. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی فرآیند رویکرد برنامه &laquo;کاربرد معنی‌دار&raquo; و چالش‌های مرتبط با آن جهت توسعه پرونده الکترونیک سلامت می‌باشد.<span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"></span></span><br> <strong>روش:</strong> این مطالعه از نوع مروری می‌باشد که در سال 1399 انجام شد. جهت دستیابی به مطالعات مرتبط پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی <span dir="LTR">PubMed</span>، <span dir="LTR">Scopus</span>، <span dir="LTR">Science Direct</span> و<span dir="LTR">Google</span> <span dir="LTR">scholar</span> &nbsp;از سال 2010 تا اکتبر 2019 با کلیدواژه‌های &quot;<span dir="LTR">Meaningful Use Program</span>&quot; و &quot;<span dir="LTR">Electronic Health Record</span>&quot; مورد جستجو قرار گرفت. پس از اعمال معیارهای ورود از کل تعداد مقالات بازیابی شده، در نهایت 20 مقاله مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.<span style="font-family:B Mitra;"></span><br> <strong>نتایج</strong><strong>:</strong> بر اساس بررسی‌های انجام شده اقدامات مربوط به برنامه &laquo;کاربرد معنی‌دار&raquo; شامل 15 اقدام اصلی، 5 اقدام فرعی انتخابی و 6&nbsp; اقدام کیفی بالینی می‌باشد. این برنامه شامل سه مرحله ثبت داده‌ها و اشتراک‌گذاری، فرآیندهای بالینی پیشرفته و بهبود پیامدهای سلامت می‌باشد. معیارهای اساسی برای دریافت مبلغ تشویقی برنامه &laquo;کاربرد معنی‌دار&raquo; شامل کاربرد ورود کامپیوتری دستورات پزشکی، بررسی تداخلات دارویی، ایجاد نسخه‌های الکترونیک و ثبت مشخصات دموگرافیک می‌باشد. از چالش‌های این برنامه می‌توان به زمان‌بر بودن برنامه، عدم کنترل بر توسعه زیرساخت‌ها، فناوری‌های غیر‌قابل استفاده پرونده الکترونیک سلامت و رویکرد همه یا هیچ برای اعطای گواهی اشاره کرد.<span dir="LTR"></span><br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> استفاده از برنامه‌ها و راه‌حل‌های جدید مانند برنامه &laquo;کاربرد معنی‌دار&raquo; منجر به توسعه بهینه پرونده الکترونیک می‌شود و تبادل اطلاعات به شکل مطمئن‌تر را امکان‌پذیر می‌سازد.</span></span></span></span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span dir="LTR"></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Meaningful use program indicates that health care organizations make meaningful use of an accredited electronic health record system. The objective of this study was to investigate the process of &ldquo;meaningful use&rdquo; program and the related challenges for the development of electronic health record.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> This review study was conducted in 2020. The PubMed, Scopus, Science Direct, and Google scholar databases were searched from 2010 to October 2019 using &ldquo;Meaningful Use Program&rdquo; and &ldquo;Electronic Health Record&rdquo; as keywords. After applying the inclusion criteria, 20 articles were reviewed.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Based on the studies, the measures related to &ldquo;Meaningful Use&rdquo; program included 15 main measures, 5 selected sub-measures, and 6 qualitative clinical measures. The program includes three steps: data recording and sharing, advanced clinical processes, and improving health outcomes. The primary criteria for receiving the incentive amount of &ldquo;Meaningful Use&rdquo; program included computerized physician order entry, investigation of drug interactions, creation of electronic prescriptions, and registration of demographic characteristics.
