fa مرور و بررسی محتوای اپلیکیشن‌های فارسی مختص بیماران مبتلا به ام اس با استفاده از مقیاس رتبه‌بندی اپلیکیشن موبایل Investigating the Quality of Persian Mobile Applications Related to Patients with MS سلامت همراه Mobile health مقاله مروری تشریحی Narrative review articles <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: هم‌زمان با افزایش استفاده از اپلیکیشن‌های مربوط به سلامت، محققان درصدد بررسی آن‌ها از زوایای مختلفِ عملکردی، فناوری، مزایا، خطرات و ... برآمدند تا سایر محققان و جامعه هدف آن اپلیکیشن‌ها را از وضعیت موجود آگاه کنند. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی کیفیت اپلیکیشن‌های فارسی مختص بیماری ام اس براساس مقیاس رتبه‌بندی اپلیکیشن موبایل بود. روش: این مطالعه بر روی اپلیکیشن‌های فارسی زبان مربوط به بیماری ام اس در شهریور 1399 انجام گرفت. برای شناسایی این اپلیکیشن‌ها از جستجوی ترکیبی کلمات کلیدی مرتبط با «بیماری ام اس» و «اپلیکیشن موبایل» استفاده شد. به دلیل عمومیت داشتن استفاده از پلتفرم اندروید برای تلفن همراه در ایران، پژوهشگران کلمات کلیدی ذکر شده را در نرم‌افزار «کافه بازار» جستجو کردند. برای بررسی کیفیت اپلیکیشن‌ها از مقیاس رتبه‌بندی اپلیکیشن موبایل استفاده شد. نتایج: تعداد 10 اپلیکیشن به مطالعه وارد شد. نتایج نشان داد که هر اپلیکیشن دارای ترکیبی از اهداف، مانند پیشگیری (6=n)، تشخیص (7=n)، درمان اولیه (10=n) و کنترل بیماری (1=n) به منظور افزایش آگاهی نسبت به این بیماری بوده است. هدف مشترک همه اپلیکیشن‌ها، اطلاعات مربوط به درمان اولیه بود. نسخه نصب اولیه تمامی 10 اپلیکیشن رایگان بود، هشت اپلیکیشن برای ارتقاء اطلاعات نیاز به خرید درون برنامه‌ای داشتند. با توجه به نمره MARS، هیچ کدام از اپلیکیشن‌ها برای کمک به بیماران مناسب نبودند. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که اکثر طراحان اپلیکیشن‌های فارسی، به جنبه‌های تعاملی اپلیکیشن‌ها توجه داشته‌اند و از ارائه محتوای علمی غافل شده‌اند. به سازندگان این اپلیکیشن‌ها پیشنهاد می‌شود که ابتدا آن‌ها را ارزیابی نموده سپس در دسترس عموم قرار دهند تا اپلیکیشن‌های با کیفیت پایین در دسترس بیماران قرار نگیرد.</div> Introduction: As the use of health-related applications increased, researchers sought to analyze them from different angles such as function, technology, benefits, risks, etc., so that other researchers and the target community could be aware of the current status of these applications. This study aimed to evaluate the quality of Persian mobile applications designed for MS disease based on the Mobile Application Ranking Scale (MARS). Method: This study was conducted on Persian mobile applications related to MS in January 2020. To identify these applications, a combined search of keywords related to "MS" and "mobile application" was done. Considering the popularity of the Android platform for mobile phones in Iran, researchers searched for the mentioned keywords in the "Cafebazaar" application. The Mobile Application Ranking Scale was adopted to evaluate the quality of applications. Results: Ten applications were included in this study. The results showed that each application had a combination of goals, such as prevention (n=6), diagnosis (n=7), initial treatment (n=10), and disease control (n=1) to increase awareness of the disease. One of the goals of all applications was to inform the users about the initial treatment. The initial installation version of all ten apps was free, but eight of them needed in-app purchases to upgrade information. According to the MARS scores, none of the apps were suitable for helping patients. Conclusion: The results showed that most Persian application designers have paid attention to the interactive aspects of applications and have neglected to provide scientific content.
