fa کاربردپذیری سیستم مرکز پایش مراقبت پزشکی با استفاده از روش ارزیابی اکتشافی ارزیابی سیستمهای اطلاعات سلامت Evaluation of Health Information Systems پژوهشي اصیل Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">مقدمه:</span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> همزمان با اپیدمی کووید-19 تلاش‌های فراوانی در زمینه مدیریت و درمان آن صورت گرفت. یکی از مهم‌ترین این فعالیت‌ها ایجاد سیستم‌های اطلاعات سلامت جهت کمک به پایش این بیماری بود، اما به دلیل سرعت انتشار فرصت کافی برای ارزیابی این سیستم‌ها وجود نداشت؛ لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی کاربردپذیری سیستم مرکز پایش مراقبت‌های پزشکی صورت پذیرفت.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">روش:</span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> مطالعه حاضر مطالعه‌ای توصیفی- مقطعی است که در سال 1401 بر روی سیستم مرکز پایش مراقبت‌های پزشکی انجام گرفت. به منظور بررسی میزان کاربردپذیری این سیستم از اصول ده گانه نیلسن استفاده گردید. در نهایت از ترکیب مشکلات یافت شده توسط ارزیابان، یک لیست واحد تهیه و میانگین درجه شدت آن‌ها محاسبه گردید.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">نتایج:</span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> در این ارزیابی در مجموع 41 مشکل منحصربه فرد شناسایی گردید که بیشترین مشکلات مربوط به نقض دو اصل تسلط و آزادی کاربر (تعداد: 8) و تطابق با دنیای واقعی (تعداد: 7) و کم ترین مشکل نیز مربوط به اصل راهنمایی و مستند سازی (تعداد: 1) بود. همچنین اغلب مشکلات شناسایی شده درجه شدت نسبتاً بالایی داشتند و در دسته مشکلات عمده قرار گرفتند.</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> با کمک روش ارزیابی اکتشافی، تعداد قابل توجهی از مشکلات کاربردپذیری سیستم مرکز پایش مراقبت‌های پزشکی شناسایی گردید که در صورت مرتفع نشدن می‌تواند سبب افزایش خطا، نارضایتی، کاهش کیفیت اطلاعات، اتلاف زمان کاربران و عدم تعامل مؤثر کاربر با سیستم مرکز پایش گردد؛ لذا رفع این مشکلات توسط طراحان و توسعه دهندگان این سیستم ضروری است.</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="line-height:normal"><b>Introduction:</b> Simultaneously with the COVID-19 epidemic, many efforts were made to manage and treat the disease. One of the main activities was the development of health information systems to help monitor this disease, but due to the speed of the disease&rsquo;s spread, there was not enough time to evaluate the usability of these systems. Therefore, the present research was conducted to evaluate the usability of the Medical Care Monitoring Center (MCMC) system.</span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="color:#000000;"><b>Method:</b> In this cross-sectional descriptive study (2022</span><a name="_Hlk148860521"><span style="color:#000000;">), the usability of the MCMS system </span></a><span style="color:#000000;">was evaluated using a heuristic evaluation method. The system&rsquo;s usability was investigated based on the Nielsen&rsquo;s usability principles. All the problems identified by evaluators were collected in a single list and the mean severity of each problem was calculated.</span></span><br> <span style="color:#000000;"><span style="line-height:normal"><b>Results:</b> There were 41 usability problems. The lowest mismatch with usability principles was related to &ldquo;Help and documentation&rdquo; (n=1) and the highest one was related to &quot;user control and freedom&rdquo; (n=8) and &ldquo;Match with real world&rdquo; (n=7).
