fa طراحی و ارزیابی سیستم توصیه‌گر مبتنی بر تلفن همراه برای بیماران مبتلا به آریتمی قلب Design and Evaluation of a Mobile Phone-based Recommender System for Patients with Cardiac Arrhythmia سلامت همراه Mobile health پژوهشي اصیل Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: بیماری قلبی و عروقی به‌عنوان یکی از علل اصلی مرگ در جهان محسوب می‌شود. یکی از عوامل مهم بستری مجدد به دلیل عدم آموزش است. این مطالعه با توجه به استفاده فراگیر از تلفن همراه، با هدف طراحی سیستم توصیه گر برای بیماران مبتلا به آریتمی قلبی انجام شد. روش: این مطالعه کاربردی- توسعه‌ای بود که به روش کمی (توصیفی) و در دو مرحله انجام شد. ابتدا پارامترهای توصیه‌ای و قابلیت‌های کاربردی نرم‌افزار بر اساس مرور متون تعیین شدند. سپس محتویات به‌دست‌آمده در اختیار  16 متخصص قلب و عروق شاغل در بیمارستان شهید رجایی و حضرت رسول اکرم (ص) تهران قرار گرفت. برای ارزیابی کاربردپذیری، برنامه کاربردی در اختیار 50 نفر از بیماران دارای آریتمی قلبی قرار گرفته و با پرسشنامه کوئیز نسخه 5/5 بررسی شد. نتایج: در بخش توصیه‌ها، تمامی موارد به جزء «مصرف امگا3» از نظر متخصصان، ضروری تشخیص داده شد. در بخش قابلیت‌های برنامه کاربردی، موارد «شناسایی نزدیک‌ترین پایگاه اورژانس، ارسال مکان جغرافیایی بیمار به پزشک، پیداکردن نزدیک‌ترین مرکز درمانی و امکان تغییر رنگ و محاسبه BMI‌» مورد تأیید قرار نگرفت. ارزیابی کاربردپذیری برنامه کاربردی با میانگین امتیاز 62/±7/98 نشان دهنده سطح خوب بود. نتیجه‌گیری: برنامه کاربردی توصیه‌گر مبتنی بر موبایل می‌تواند باعث افزایش نقش بیشتر بیمار در درمان خود و کسب مهارت در زمینه آموزش‌های پس از ترخیص بیمارستان بوده و همچنین به کاهش بستری مجدد و هزینه منجر می‌شود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Cardiovascular disease is one of the main causes of death worldwide. One of the important factors is readmission due to the lack of training. Considering the widespread use of mobile phones, this study aimed to design a recommender system for patients with cardiac arrhythmia. Method: This is an applied-developmental study that was conducted in a quantitative (descriptive) method and in 2 stages. First, the recommended educational parameters and application requirements of the software were determined based on literature review. Then, the obtained contents were provided to 16 cardiologists working in Shahid Rajaei and Hazrat Rasool Akram Hospitals in Tehran. To evaluate the usability, the application was given to 50 patients with cardiac arrhythmia and was checked with the quiz questionnaire version 5.5. Results: In the recommendations section, experts deemed all items except "Omega-3 consumption" necessary. In the usability evaluation section, the items "Identifying the nearest emergency center, sending the patient’s geographic location to the doctor, finding the nearest medical center, and the possibility of changing color, and calculating BMI" were not confirmed. The usability evaluation of the application with an average score of 7.98±0.62 indicates a good level.
