It is the official publication of Medical Informatics Research Center, Institute for Future Studies in Health, Kerman University of Medical Sciences, Iran. This journal publishes original research, review papers, short communication, and editorial in “Health Informatics, Clinical Informatics, Health Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare, Telemedicine, E- health, Clinical Decision Support Systems, Bioinformatics and other related fields”.  
  • All submissions to the Journal of Health & Biomedical Informatics undergo a fair, supportive and double-blind peer-review process and our acceptance rate is about 55%. The publishing of this journal is updated quarterly, and submission, processing and publication are free of charge.
  • Journal of Health & Biomedical Informatics (JHBMI) is a member of Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), and International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE).
